The Origin Story
In the early 2000s, Carrie-Anne Fields founded My Health, inspired by her passion for holistic wellness and spiritual growth. With a background in psychology, yoga teaching, and spiritual healing since 1998, Carrie envisioned a space where individuals could explore and enhance their well-being.
Starting in Australia, My Health Mastery School quickly grew, establishing schools in Italy, France and expanding to an online platform. This global reach allowed the brand to share its teachings and philosophies with a diverse audience, fostering a worldwide community dedicated to holistic health.
Today, My Health Mastery School is a leading provider of yoga teacher training and holistic therapies. It continues to embody Carrie’s commitment to empowering individuals to lead healthier, more balanced lives, offering a sanctuary for personal growth and healing.
About Our Founder
Carrie-Anne Fields is the founder of My Health Mastery School, a multi-limbed organisation including Yoga & Healing Academies in Australia, Italy, France & Online, Wellness Centres, My Health TV, My Health Association, My Health ‘Lightworkers Lounge’ Podcast and the My Health Primary School in Cambodia, a charity initiative to protect children in known predator areas.
She has 2 series called ‘Transcending the Matrix’ on David Icke’s UK family media platform, Ickonic. Carrie has worked full time as a psychologist, yoga teacher & spiritual healer since 1998.
Her courses have been translated into other languages and she has thousands of graduates all over the world who have gone on to develop their own healing centres.
