Established as a Yoga and Healing business in 1998, My Health has been training yoga teachers, therapists and healers since 2003!
My Health has thousands of graduates worldwide who are highly regarded and sought after.
With this training, you receive a 3 month free membership to our very own My Health TV for online classes, guided meditations, philosophy & truther talks, documentaries, health talks, cooking shows, tutorials on holistic living, and more!
We also have our own yoga and natural therapies association, My Health Association to assist with practitioner insurance upon graduation.
All our online courses can be completed fully online. There are no ‘In-Person’ hours required to become a certified, registered and insured Breathwork Guide. ‘Online’ does not appear on your final certificate. We also advise potential trainees to be mindful of other organisations who offer online training with no registering associations.

ACCREDITATION
On successful completion of the training, you will be a certified My Health Advanced Breathwork Guide eligible for association membership insurance including major associations.

PAYMENT PLANS
- For those paying per module: Your course may be deferred and payments ceased at anytime and you have full control within your own account. You are entitled to keep any modules already activated.
- For those paying in full: If you need to exit from the course, pro-rata refunds for modules opened apply, plus a $100 AUD cancellation fee to cover our administration and course activation costs. You are entitled to keep any modules already completed.
- No refund can be given 1 month after enrolment
