Prerequisite: Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training

Learn how to safely guide and support deep healing breathwork techniques, allowing you to widen your scope in your workshop offerings to run breathwork transformation sessions in group or private sessions. With flexible study options, this course is offered:

• Online, go at your own pace,
• In-person at myDrishti Yoga, Kangaroo Point, QLD (starting July 6th), or
• In-person at Breathe to Believe, Kadina, SA (starting June 22nd)

The Advanced Breathwork for Yoga Teachers course consists of 3 workshops including 3 online workshop notes.

• Workshop 1: Pranayama & Kriyas
• Workshop 2: Rebirth & Recapitulation Breathwork
• Workshop 3: Cosmic Breathwork & Nervous System Recalibration

♦ Completing this course will gift you a “Certificate of Advanced Breathwork for Yoga Teachers”
