Course Overview
This training is a thorough and hands-on course, suitable for yoga teachers, healers, or anyone wishing to learn for their own healing and wellbeing. You will learn how to confidently and intuitively offer private or group sound bath and sound healing sessions using Crystal Quartz Bowls.
Alongside technique, this course covers practical knowledge such as how to choose your bowls, what to look for (avoid cheap, low quality), and how to care for your bowls properly. You will also build a clear understanding of sound, vibration, and how these heal the body, mind and energetic system. You’ll learn how to create calm, safe and balanced sound experiences, how to structure sessions, and how to hold space for others in a healing and confident way.
Many past students, including those who sought additional training after completing crystal bowl courses elsewhere, have shared that this course offered them so much more than previous trainings. Several have said they were surprised by how much they learnt, and how much more confident they felt after completing the course.
Course Includes:
• Comprehensive online workbook
• The history, spirituality and science behind crystal quartz bowls
• How to care for, cleanse and safely transport your bowls
• Bowl-playing techniques, including how and when to use different mallets
• Musical combinations, sequencing and theory, including consonance, dissonance and overtones
• Introduction to cymatics, Solfeggio frequencies, binaural beats and healing harmonics
• How to incorporate trauma-aware principles into sound healing sessions
• How to run sound healing classes, sound baths and private crystal bowl sessions
This workshop is part of a three-part Sound Healers series. You may choose to complete one or all three workshops to become a fully accredited Sound Healer.
Accreditation
This is a complete, stand-alone certification. There is no need to complete separate Level 1 and Level 2 trainings, as this course is designed to include the depth, theory and techniques in one clear and cohesive program. No pre-requisites. After completion of this module you will receive a certificate of Sound Healer with Crystal Bowls and can offer your own sound healing sound baths and private sound healing sessions using crystal quartz bowls.

Who can enrol in this course?
We welcome anyone to enrol in this course, there’s no pre-requisite. However it is beneficial to have some prior knowledge or spiritual healing training such as reiki, yoga massage, tarot or courses such as yin etc.Â
Will I be qualified to facilitate sound baths and private healing sessions after completing the course?
Yes. Upon completion, you’ll receive a fully accredited certification, qualifying you to facilitate both group sound baths and private sound healing sessions using Crystal Quartz Bowls. Our graduates are recognised for their depth of understanding and confidence in guiding safe, trauma-aware sessions.
Do I need to have my own Crystal Quartz Bowls to enrol in this course?
No. While it is recommended that you purchase a bowl before you complete the course so you can practice the techniques, it is not necessary as you have lifetime access to the course. This course also includes purchase guidelines on what to look for when buying your own crystal quartz bowls. Weight, thickness, hertz and percentage of quartz are imperative factors when selecting quality healing bowls.
