Are you ready for a new injection of life-force in your teaching and personal practice?  By doing this short upskill course, you can conduct your own Breathwork Workshops

Learn how to safely guide and support deep healing breathwork techniques, allowing you to widen your scope in your workshop offerings to run breathwork transformation sessions in group or private sessions.

The Advanced Breathwork for Yoga Teachers course consists of 3 workshops including 3 online workshop notes. Workshop 1-Pranayama & Kriyas is offered as a refresher from your My Health Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training course, included complimentary. For our yoga teacher graduates, you may choose to re-do this workshop or skip workshop 1 and commence at workshop 2.

• Workshop 3: Cosmic Breathwork & Nervous System Recalibration
